Reviews

These have been great, I

"These have been great, I had some arch pain in my roller blades but they have completely alleviated that. Was worried they would be too thick or cramp my foot in other ways given how tight skates fit but no issues there. Will be buying again."

Paolo R. (5/5)

I recommend these to every skater

"I love the added arch support in the skate. Feels like my heel is locked in much better than the stock insole, while getting a touch of forward pitch to help with edges and overall speed."

Max J. (5/5)

I’ve had these before but

"I’ve had these before but the pair I ordered was somehow folded and now there is a crease under my foot that drives me crazy"

Bob L. (2/5)

Good Support for Hockey Skates

"With a relatively short break in period these have worked well for competitive hockey 4-6 times a week. I was looking for something with a little more support than the stock Bauer insoles and these worked well. They'd work well for any level of player looking for a little more support and comfort in their skates."

Owen B. (4/5)

F antastic insoles compared to

"F antastic insoles compared to the included ones in my True 9X skates. had to trim them, but was very easy. fit in the boot nicely."

David S. (5/5)

Good upgrade

"Fits my foot and feels solid in a skate boot."

Francesco G. (5/5)

SuperFeet Hockey Performance Insoles are great!!

"Fit is prefect for my road cycling shoes, Just make sure you measure twice so you can get a prefect fit for your shoes! I cut my insoles to the exact shape as my road shoes insoles and boy did it do the job right!! Like the support of the heel and arches minimum foot height of 2-3mm fits awesome."

Bengy A. (5/5)

Too much arch support

"The insoles themselves are not bad, but the description is misleading. The arch support is not for “all arches. ” There is significant arch support from the plastic heel piece, drastically different from a stock skate insole. Reached out to return these a week ago, but have not received a response yet."

Pat (2/5)

Arch too far back in

"Arch too far back in the shoe for me. Major bummer."

Jennifer B. (2/5)

This is the only insole

"This is the only insole my son uses in his hockey skates. They tend to break down after about 6 months but given the use and environment, it's expected."

Q&A

I am looking for an insole for Nordic skiing skate boots. Need to take up some volume but not too high of an arch. My boot size is 42 2/3 (Euro sizing). What size would work and would hockey skate insoles be the right ones for this purpose?
Hi Jeri, ADAPT Run is a low/medium support insole that will add a little volume and has a flexible forefoot (similar to HOCKEY). For Euro size 42 2/3, you should order size "E" (fits Euro sizes 42-44). https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/adapt-run Of course, if you decide to try these and they don't end up working out, we would be happy to help with a return or exchange per our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. This includes insoles that have been trimmed & worn!
Hi, my figure skates are a size 3.5 C Jackson Excel. What size should I order? Will these insoles help with flat feet pain while skating?
For skate size 3.5 C, I recommend ordering Superfeet size "B", which fits skate size range 3-4. Knowing your feet have a lower arch is a good place to start, but finding a great fit will come down to several factors rather than arch type alone. Personal preference also goes a long way as some people like a low support insole while others like a high support insole, regardless of their arch height. Because of this, there is no "right" answer for which insole works best for a low arch. It all comes down to your own personal comfort. The best Superfeet insole for you will also be based on your what type of shoes you wear, how your shoes fit, and your activities. If you decide to try these and they don’t end up working out, we are happy to help with a free return or exchange with 60 days (includes trimmed & worn insoles).
My roller derby skates are size 6, width C/AA. What size Carbon Pro Hockey would you recommend?
Superfeet size "C" fits skate size range 5- 6. If you decide to try these and they don't end up working out, we would be happy to help with a free return or exchange per our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. This includes insoles that have been trimmed & worn!
My Son is just going into a 4.5 intermediate skate. I dont see an option for this size of insole. What size should he get?
Hi Matt, When it comes to deciding whether to size up or down with our insoles, it is most important that your heel fits properly in the heel cup (without swimming in extra room, and without spilling over the edges), and that you feel the arch shape slightly more towards your heel, and not directly underneath the crest of your arch. I recommend starting with size "C" (Skate size 5-6) to see how that fits and feels for him. If you order directly from us on Superfeet.com and the insoles don't work out, we would be happy to help with a free return or an exchange, per our 60-day customer satisfaction guarantee. This includes insoles that have been worn and trimmed!
My son wears a skate size 7EE. What size would you reccomend?
Hi Jon, I recommend ordering size D, which fits skate sizes 7-8. All of our unisex insoles will accommodate up to EE in width.
